Lemongrass is a native to tropical countries such as India, Sri Lanka, China and Thailand where it has traditionally been used as a flavouring agent in foods, drinks and desserts and it's ability to boost circulation and immunity. Due to its ability to reduce fever, lemongrass essential oil has earned the name "fever grass" in some cultures for its antibiotic and antioxidant properties.

Directions of use:
For Aromatherapy: Add a few drops of essential oil to your diffuser or oil burner to disperse ate aroma in the air.
For Baths: Add a few drops of essential oil with a carrier oil to your bathtub and swish the water gently ot mix the oil well.
For Skin And Hair: Add a few drops of essential oil to your carrier oil and blend well. Massage all over your skin and hair for a relaxing experience.
